Lead Early Childhood Educator & Program Coordinator
Location: Ashoka University, Sonipat
Salary: Up to ₹60,000/month
A leadership role for an experienced and passionate educator with deep understanding of Early Childhood Education. The Lead Educator will guide the team, plan age-appropriate learning experiences, ensure daily operations, and act as the face of the Toybox Daycare at Ashoka. A strong grasp of pedagogies like Reggio Emilia, Play-based and Montessori is a must.

Early Years Educator
Location: Ashoka University, Sonipat
Salary: Up to ₹32,000/month
Join our vibrant team as a hands-on educator, facilitating joyful, age-appropriate, and engaging learning experiences for young children. Must love working with children, be familiar with play-based approaches, and possess excellent communication skills.

Childcare Professional (Nanny)
Location: Ashoka University, Sonipat
Salary: ₹15,000/month
Support the emotional and physical needs of infants and toddlers with compassion and attentiveness. This role includes caregiving tasks, play support, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. Experience with infants and toddlers is preferred.

Rural Preschool Teacher
(Fellowship)
Location: Toybox Preschools (Sonipat Villages)
Stipend: Up to ₹12,000/month
Lead a Toybox preschool in a rural setup and guide assistant teachers. A perfect role for freshers or those passionate about early learning and want to make a real immpact. Training will be provided. Patience, a love for children, and willingness to learn are a must!
